The goals are as follows:

• Allied Goal: Extract 400,000 squads (Full Extraction only) against the Reapers in any difficulty and map.
• Squad Goal: Extract at least one squad member (Lone Survivor or better) against the Reapers on Gold difficultly at any map.

The rewards are as follows:

• Victory Packs for everyone if the goal is completed. The reward also includes an increase of the Medigel cap from 5 to 6.
• Commendation Packs for anyone who accomplishes the squad goal.

It looks like people will be playing on Gold to guarantee the Commendation Pack reward! I remember extracting a Gold challenge against the Reapers with me as the Lone Survivor in the early days. Will I be able to relive that moment or in a better light?
